We were requested to step in and assist the TMA UK team while they were 70% through a redesign project with another agency that went off the rails, with the previous agency unable to deliver the correct set of technical features to solve TMA UK’s specific problems.
After realising that the redesign project was not heading in the right direction, TMA sought another agency that could custom-develop a solution that would cover their specific workflows and packages surrounding membership subscriptions and event discounts.
With the client's confidence damaged from the previous failed redesign, we took things back to the drawing board. By working with us throughout our extensive discovery process TMA stakeholders helped us to review the old website, business operations, and organisational workflows. We then pitched several different solutions on how they could structure and deliver packages and events to their members, so the stakeholders were confident that we were building the correct solution to their problems.
Our questions helped the TMA team to understand what they were looking for and helped us to outline exactly how much custom development work would be required to deliver the solution.
Once we had a technical solution that we were all confident would deliver the benefits needed and had buy-in from the TMA stakeholders we worked with Mel from Speckled Frog who helped to revamp key pages and templates for the new website.
