The Management Team

User Fusion Ltd is directed by a pair of post-graduates who share a strong interest in website usability, accessibility and standards based design.

Neil Williams BSc(hons), MSc.

Neil Williams was awarded an MSc in E-Commerce Technology from the University of Wales for research conducted in the field of the usability of E-Commerce systems. Prior to that Neil was awarded a BSc (hons) degree in Multimedia. Whilst studying as an undergraduate Neil spent a lot of time studying user interface design and experimenting with various navigation systems and ways to interact with computer software. It was his experience working on these projects and the web design industries increasing fascination with Flash based websites (circa. 2002) that sparked his interest in improving the user experience through usability, accessibility and standards based design.

When returning to study as a post-graduate Neil built up a strong knowledge of the varying factors required to make a successful E-Commerce business, whilst his interest in usability flourished. Neil continued interest and research into these fields resulted in the formation of User Fusion Ltd in an effort to share his wealth of knowledge with others.

Andrew Jones BEng(hons), MSc.

Andrew gained an MSc in E-Commerce Technology from the University of Wales for his investigation into providing optimal hosting for E-Commerce Systems. Prior to this, Andrew received an Engineering degree in the field of Computer Electronics.

Andrews diverse background has helped him to develop a strong knowledge of computer hardware, computer programming, web design and E-Commerce systems. Andrew also shows a keen interest in the improvement of accessibility and usability of websites as a means to increase business sales.
